1. Information you enter into the tools
Our resume builder, cover letter builder, keyword comparison and other text tools operate in your browser. Resume details and your job application tracker are stored in your browser's localStorage when available. These drafts are not sent to ResumeNest servers by these tools. Other writing tools process the information on your device without deliberately uploading the text.
Your browser, extensions, device backup systems or workplace security software may have their own data processing. If you are using a shared device, clear saved drafts before you leave.
2. Local storage and control
The resume builder stores information under a ResumeNest-specific local storage key so you can continue your work. The job application tracker stores its own list locally. You can use each tool's Clear all control or clear this site's browser data. Downloaded JSON, CSV, TXT and print-to-PDF files remain on your device until you manage or remove them.
3. Hosting and technical data
ResumeNest is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses, user agents and requests, for delivery, performance and security. Essential hosting cookies or security features may apply.
4. Advertising, analytics and consent
This website does not include an active Google AdSense advertising script or third-party analytics script in its initial release. If advertising, analytics or consent-management services are introduced, we will update this policy and implement any required disclosures and consent controls before they are used.
5. When you contact us
If you send an email to support@cliptoolnest.com, your email address and the contents of your message may be used to respond to your request. This is a shared support address for ClipToolNest projects. Avoid sending sensitive employment records, identity numbers or passwords.
6. Children and sensitive data
This service is intended for general job seekers. Please avoid entering sensitive personal data that is not needed for a resume. If you are using a publicly shared computer, do not leave private drafts saved in the browser.
